A frosty morning.

It got down to -7 degrees last night which made for some severe and beautiful frost on the trees this morning. I thought I’d snap a few photos whilst on my walk to the coffee shop after breakfast.

This one was actually taken a few weeks ago on a nice misty morning, of the clock tower and the brooding outline of the derelict hospital.

The frosted branches on the bridal path were give some colour by the red berries:

There were some lovely trees in amongst the houses. One of the features of this development that I like is that they have kept a number of the established trees:

From the cricket pitch, the clock tower on the old hospital looked nice through the trees:
